Purpose and thematic scope of the journal
The journal Acta Iuridica Resoviensia publishes scholarly works in the field of legal sciences, covering both theoretical issues and practical aspects of law in operation. The articles address the challenges of current socio-economic transformations and include doctrinal, historical-legal, and comparative law analyses, enabling a comprehensive reflection on the legal system.
The aim of the journal is to disseminate the results of research conducted by practitioners and representatives of legal doctrine, both from domestic and foreign institutions. The publication serves as a forum for the exchange of views and a platform for discussion on the directions of legal development and its practical application, supporting the formulation of de lege ferenda proposals and the improvement of existing legal solutions.
The journal publishes texts in both Polish and English, which increases the reach and impact of the presented research and ensures its presence in the international scientific circulation. Article abstracts are prepared in English, facilitating indexing and accessibility for readers outside of Poland.
