Legal aspects of using a translator in administrative proceedings involving a foreigner

Abstract

The aim of this study is determine the appropriateness of using an electronic translator during administrative proceeding which part is foreigner. The use of modern solutions may have a positive influence for the duration of the proceeding.  While maintaining standards, the translator can be classified as an auxiliary tool. The use of this solution should be thoroughly documented in the case files.
