Municipal housing program – concept, implementation, recipients

Abstract

Municipal Housing Programs are one of many examples of actual decentralization of the activities of local government units. The indicated sphere of activity has not been specified by the legislator so far, so its concept, scope, addressees or other specific problems should be reconstructed based on the applicable local law regulations. This study presents the issues indicated above, is undoubtedly of an introductory nature to this issue, indicating factual and legal problems related to their implementation.
