Abstract

This article presents selected issues concerning revision Civil Procedure Code of 4 July 2019 in the field of taking of evidence. The Author described amendments to the provisions governing expert evidence. The Author primarily described new institution of „expert-witness” and issues concerning establish expert income. The Author described also many amendments of the nature of organizing and systematizing legal provisions with regard of taking of evidence.
