SECURITY PROCEEDINGS IN THE LIGHT OF THE AMENDMENT MADE BY THE ACT OF 4 JULY 2019 AMENDING THE ACT –CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND CERTAIN OTHER ACTS

Abstract

The aim of this article is to present changes to the civil claim-securing proceedings made under the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act – Code of Civil Procedure and certain other acts. It analyses not only the regulations contained in part two of the Code, which have been modified or repealed as a result of the abovementioned amendment, but also general regulations of the Code which are applicable in the security proceedings that have been amended. The author makes a critical examination of the reform and formulates the postulates de lege ferenda.
