Abstract

An identity card is a document that confirms identity and certifies Polish citizenship. It’s essence also includes a number of other functions that are fulfilled. Every polish citizen has the right to have an ID card, and in certain legal cases, there is the duty to have it. The ID card is constantly changing due to a quick modifications of the administration to complement it’s new needs.
