The essence of cooperation of authorities under the Building Law Act

Abstract

The cooperation of the public authorities is the part of performing public tasks. Both the scope and the forms of this cooperation are varied and result from the applicable regulations, particularly the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the Code of Administrative Procedure, but also from specific provisions, e.g. the Building Law Act. The purpose of the public authorities’ cooperation, operating on this Act is to ensure safety for the life and health of an individual, environmental protection, and economic and aesthetic values.
