The goal of the consideration was to assess if and to what extent the current legal regulations and practice guarantee a correct i.e. in compliance with the law and optimal (substantively optimal, efficient and effective ) execution of public tasks by a so called “cooperating administration” i.e. of public administration in cooperation with external entities.
