Abstract

The publication aims to present legal gaps and their possible solutions regarding future international regulations in view of current evolution of Internet space services. Through the technical analysis of the existing situation, there can be seen the exact reasons why outer space is so attractive not only for classical subjects of international law but also for the private sector – New Space Actors. Setting the limits activity of this sector can be a potential key problem-solving of international space law. The conclusions drawn in this article lead to the affirmation that a possible international treaty cannot meet the everyday needs of international space law. The issue can be solved by establishing an international organization with strong legislative powers.
