Abstract

The introduction of the state of epidemic and then of the state of epidemic threat led to the emergence of the conditions which pose a significant challenge to the proper administration of justice. In this context, the analysis is focused on the opportunities offered by the regulation in Art. 357 § 5 of the Civil Procedure Code and by the institution of the fundamental reasons for the decision for better connection between the court and the participants of the civil procedure and the exercise of the right to court.
