Abstract

International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as ICAC of the RF CCI) is known and authoritative both in and beyond the Russian Federation. What is the background of ICAC’s popularity and what is its essence due to which ICAC is different from other dispute revolutions bodies? This article contains answers to these questions.
