The text is an analysis of legal regulations of Montenegro relating to the powers which have an Assembly and the Constitutional Court on the constitutional responsibility of the president. President of Montenegro for committing a constitutional delict responsible to the parliament. The application in this case may be submitted by a group of parliamentarians, and the impeachment puts the parliament. After receiving a judgment of the Constitutional Court on the parliament adopts a resolution on impeaching or rejecting the pleas relied in the application to hold responsible of president.
