Status of a professional consul in the implementation of notarial functions

The development of international relations has led to the emergence of the need for an entity which will perform its tasks under the authority of the sending State in the receiving State. In this way, shaped consular functions are carried out through the consul, whose legal status at the present time is extremely important. Starting from a very general tasks as protecting the rights and interests of citizens of the sending State and the strictly defined functions notary. Each of them must be based on the specific legal basis, which in this area is primarily a domestic law and the consular conventions concluded between the two countries.
