Abstract

The article presents and assessed the possibility determination of a medical event in the case of treatment from the borderline of a medical experiment including issues of complications of treatment of certain oncological diseases. The article discusses the issue of primary complications of other causes of disease - including biological and pathogenic patient infection. The resolution of the presence of a medical event requires a multi-profile case analysis. It should also be emphasized the extraordinary complexity of the human body, the facts of the coincidence of an infinite number of genomic combinations, the interaction between the organism and other living organisms, including pathogens from the outside, decades of impact of the environment with its progressive pollution, too slow process of producing new protective mechanisms.
