This article deals with the issue of the admissibility of the claimant's appeal against a default judgment admitting the claim in its entirety. The issue of the claimant's appeal against a default judgment, which fully takes into account the claim, is not clear and obvious. This study explains whether it is possible to appeal against such a judgment and indicates the conditions for an effective appeal against the judgment.
