Abstract

The triad of the administrative sciences includes the following sciences: administrative law, administration, administrative policy. The idea of the triad is joined with the F. Stier-Somlo’s achievements – important German (precisely: Austro-Hungarian Jewish) lawyer, which worked as a judge and lecturer before the Great War and in the Weimar Republic. The conception of the triad was famous in the Polish legal literature, but the reception of this idea led to selective reception of the overall Stier-Somlo’s thought, omission of the W. Jellinek’s works, ascribing of the excessive importance of the triad for the theory of the administration and petrification of the seeing of the German administrative literature without the latest books.
