Inter-instance proceedings and remedial proceedings for horizontal complaints in the light of the amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure of 9 March 2023

Abstract

The study is an attempt to analyze remedial proceedings in the field of horizontal complaints. The issue of restructuring proceedings regarding this type of appeal was not included in the Act until 1 July 2023. Therefore, this work is an analysis of remedial proceedings regarding horizontal complaints after the entry into force of the Act amending the Code of Civil Procedure of 9 March 2023.
