Privacy Statement

According to Art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data - GDPR of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), we inform that:

• The Administrator of Personal Data is the University of Rzeszów, al. Rejtana 16 C, 35-959 Rzeszów, represented by the Rector.
• The Data Protection Officer at the University of Rzeszów is Krystian Antochów, email address: antochow@ur.edu.pl.
• Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the review procedure and to publish your article in the journal "Analecta Archaeologica Ressoviensia" pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a - the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.
• The recipients of your personal data will be members of the editorial board of the journal "Analecta Archaeologica Ressoviensia", and the Rector of the University of Rzeszów.
• Your personal data will be stored for the period provided for in Article 36 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 1994 No. 24, item 83).
• You have the right to: request the Data Administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the Data Administrator contrary to the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
• Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data to the extent required by the Data Administrator will result in the article not being subject to the review and publication procedure.
