Abstract

The article presents the results of research on intergenerational learning in the virtual world conducted as part of the „ICT Guides” project (Erasmus+). The project consisted in intergenerational learning courses with the participation of pupils from immigrant families and local seniors, supported by information and communications technology (ICT). The research results show that the virtual world can be a convenient place for intergenerational meetings and mutual learning motivating students to learn and limiting seniors’ social and digital exclusion.
