Abstract

The way future teachers will function in their professional roles depends on many factors, among others, on the quality of higher education, but also on their personal resources which are predictors of subjective welfare and life satisfaction of an individual. Positive self-evaluation is a particularly valuable and beneficial resource one can maintain, develop and renew. The main subject of interest are issues concerning self-evaluation with the use of Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale.
