Dishonest behavior in academic practice is becoming more common problem. There are mo-tivational, social and individualistic sources of the issue. This article presents the results of the analysis of research conducted on 257 University students from Podkarpackie and shows predic-tors of academic dishonesty connected with social support and family relationships. It turns out that teacher support and family autonomy reduce the tendency to cheating at school, while high levels of family identity and peer support increase the risk of dishonest behavior.Downloads
