Abstract

This article presents the idea of tutoring, possible to apply to graduate education. The presented method can help build relationships between researchers and students, and thus contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching process. In addition, the use of a conscious and planned way this tool by academics, affect – which clearly show the research – the individual development of students. The article also indicate the strengths and weaknesses but this method. From the point of view of the business world, as well as the wider social environment is important to the quality of education of students and to adapt their skills to the labor market expectations. Academic Tutoring responds to these expectations, at the same time adapting to the capabilities and expectations of the students themselves. Applying the described practice also affects the attractiveness of Polish universities.
