Abstract

In this article author described a new tool of coordination of the proinnovation policy in Poland which is called „Join venture”. This mechanism is managed by National Centre for Research and Development and could be analysed from good governance point of view. The main aim of article is analysing of the validity of implementation Join venture mechanism, especially in the Polish circumstances.
