Abstract

This paper presents the concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) from the perspective of contemporary approach. Also shows the relationship the idea of a socially responsible company with its organizational culture. The main attention was concentrated on the advantages and disadvantages of social commitment of companies for their operation and the role of CSR in shaping the image of companies, also: on the state of consciousness of entrepreneurs in terms understanding the principles of CSR. Attention is also focused on the need to build through managers, the proper culture of the organization.
