Abstract

The building of the Threa Seas union is an important direction for the future development of Poland This is a realistic path in the current geopolitical conditions, but it is long and not easy. For its political independence the Three Seas nnion needs its own currency zone, which will ensure independence and original economic power for the member states. This currency area is significantly different in theory and practice from the euro area; it is inclusive and not discriminatory. It is based on the labor economy, in which the central bank does not have the right to issue currency, but acts as a remuneration payer for the public sector. As a result of the creation of the union, positive innovative factors will appear, such as an increase in the scale of operations and the progressive organization of state finances. The paper also contains the theory of translating economic values into a common monetary unit.
