Abstract

Algae are an interesting study object considering large diversity of organisms and their occurrence in different environmental conditions. It is a group of the most plain, autotrophic and cryptogamic plants, occurring in waters and in different wet habitats. This group of plants comprises 11 divisions including 2 prokaryotic (Cyanophyta= Cyanobacteria, Prochlorophyta) and 9 eukaryotic: (Glaucophyta, Haptophyta, Cryptophyta, Dinophyta, Euglenophyta, Rhodophyta, Heterokontophyta, Chlorarachniophyta, Chlorophyta) ones.
