When undertaking the effort to scientifically evaluate the changes taking place in public administration itself, it should be noted that this is an extremely difficult task. This is due to the fact that the area of observed changes is extremely extensive and these changes are considered on many levels, taking into account the achievements of various scientific disciplines. Hence, the author's direct intention is to isolate the most important expectations and challenges in relation to the system of managing the quality and efficiency of public administration activities, which are largely based on their experience with the Europeanization of law, in particular the Europeanization of administrative law. The current topic of quality management in public administration will be indicated and de lege ferenda assumptions related to the real impact on the future in relation to administrative efficiency will be identified.
