Penal responsibility of pedophile hunters – issue outline

Abstract

This article mentions crucial aspects of penal responsibility of offenders involved in a process of “catching pedophiles”. Dogmatic analyse leads to conclusions that pedophile hunters are liable for offences against both psychical and physical freedom of potential pedophile and there are no circumstances excluding their responsibility. From the procedural perspective, the hunter is obliged to proof all of mitigating circumstances.
