Administrative legal aspects of causes of deaths

Abstract

The subject of the article is a detailed analysis of the administrative and legal aspects of ascertainment causes of death. The first part of the article describes the Polish law regarding ascertainment death. Then, the author defines problems of interpretation and application of the law, as well as the author presents legislation project of new funeral law. The third subsection of the article relates to comparative law – selected aspects of the death investigation system, in particular the position of a coroner in England, Wales, the state of New York.
