Criminal procedure aspects of the secret of confession

Abstract

In this paper seal of the confessional was described not only from the perspective of penal procedure, but also from the canon law point of view. Constitutional values protecting seal of confessional were shown. Voices of the authorities in this study area were analyzed. The aim of this review is to present the issues related to seal of confessions to which the clergies are obliged.
