Abstract

In the article is rised the issue of: the signs-marks, and furthermore the sanction threating for committing an beyond code offense of avoiding from the obligation of deliver copies of compulsory publications , as provided for in art. 8 (1) of the Act on compulsory library copies. The scientific narration goes through the issues of sanction, the subject of protection, the object, the objective side and the subjective side. In the proposals, the concrete de lege ferenda postulates are puting forward.
