Abstract

This is short note about Scientific Conference: 4th Euroregional Scientific Conference: starting and conducting business with the limitations of environmental protection law – between theory and practice. Conference was organized by University of Rzeszow, Carpathian Euroregion Association Poland, and Subcarpathian Regional Assembly on January 15th, 2016. The conference focused on theoretical and practical aspects of the limitations of environmental protection law in business. The main conference issues: environment protection, environmental protection law, energy law, prosumer in energy sector, limitations of starting and conducting business, concession and environment protection, and arbitration in environmental protection law, ecology in law, coal energetics, garbage disposal in energy sector, environment protection in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.
