Abstract

The analysis of subsidy resolutions on the protection of monuments issued by local government bodies leads to the conclusion that the problem of their defective nature often arises during the verification of resolutions, resulting in a violation of the standards of correct legislation. In order to prevent errors appearing in subsidy resolutions, local government bodies should meet the requirements specified in the principles of legislative techniques, in particular by drafting the provisions of the resolution in a precise, legible and internally consistent manner, without duplicating or modifying the provisions of the Act and refraining from applying loose interpretations.
