In the article on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the tendencies of teachers' ad-vanced training in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education of the USA are determined: orientation to higher education as the most important condition for mastering the profession of a teacher, strengthening of psychological and pedagogical preparation; improvement of the system of professional development of pedagogical staff and the possibility of simultaneous improvement of qualification in different educational institutions.Pobrania
