Organizational Culture of Kindergarten Director in Termsof Building a Local Community’s Social Capital

Abstract

The article focuses on explaining the term organizational culture of the kindergarten, the organizational culture of the kindergarten director, analyzing the definition of social capital, its determinantsand components. Special attention was paid to the social capital of modern kindergarten, which areteachers and parents. Furthermore, those of director's activities were analyzed, which result from hisduties and at the same time affect building of a local community social capital.
