Since the dawn of time, people have felt the need to write down their fate. Many works were created regarding the human population, individuals, a specific group of people. Their goal was to leave a trace, consolidate the life and activity of people living in a given time and in a specific social, historical and cultural situation. This type of memories is called existing documents. For the needs of research, in addition to the existing documents, there is a second category, the so-called documents intentionally made. Analyzing such documents is a research technique in pedagogy, as well as a method of research in sociology and psychology. This method, called biographical, is a qualitative study and requires the researcher to have analytical, technical, interpretative, statistical and descriptive skills. In pedagogy, it is assumed that the variation of the biographical method is a monograph and an analysis of individual cases.Downloads
