Determinants of Efficiency of the Modern Teacher

The effectiveness of the teacher's action is always conditioned by many, very diverse factors.However, no doubt, about the effectiveness of its work largely decides the use of learning tools, including modern ones such as media and technology based on the use of the computer. The article presents the opinions of elementary school teachers about the meaning of such support to achieve the educational goals being implemented in their didactic and educational process. The answers provided indicate the place of their use among other determinants of the effectiveness of work with students. The presented material also includes the teachers’ self-assessment regarding the competence of using this kind of resources.Downloads
