Personal Communication Passport (PCP) – a tool supporting people with communication problems is presented in the paper. We describe a computer programme designed for mobile devices, acting as Multimodal, Personal Communication Passport (MPCP) which is equipped with a possibility to use multimodal data, such as images, audio and video recordings. In addition, we present an analysis of usefulness of MPCPs in the educational process of children using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) in the context of improving social and family life quality.Downloads
