Abstract

Education majoring in biotechnology at the University of Rzeszów gives the practical use of theoretical knowledge acquired during the study for laboratory work. Thorough knowledge of laboratory techniques makes graduates easier to adapt to current labor market requirements. The paper presents the research of viability of cells culture in vitro as an example of practical application of theoretical knowledge acquired during lectures.
