One of the important theory of remuneration determines the level of wages as a percentage of the human capital employed. Detailed research on human capital suggest that fair remuneration is at the level of 8% of the capital of the employee. Developing a model of measuring human capital and consideration the spontaneous scattering of capital led to the conclusion that the fair remuneration must balance the natural loss of human capital. Apart from the model, fair wages, some workers identified a custom exclusive component of intellectual capital, namely the capital of creativity. Measuring the capital of creativity and adequate remuneration is a major subject of discussion in this paper.Downloads
