Abstract

Business process automation can be treated as a way to improve the functioning of an organization and the work of its individual members. In the IT industry, this has far-reaching consequences leading to job cuts in some areas.

The aim of the article is to show the possibilities of including issues related to business process automation in the didactic process thanks to Microsoft Power Automate, which is one of cloud services currently available on the market.

However, the most important thing is to stimulate students’ creativity in applications for available modern platforms.
