Abstract

The article presents the premises of the exceptional importance of dialogue and trust in theprocess of education and social life. Is it in the pedagogical process or in everyday life on bothsides of mutual contact above all people, or man towards man, and it is dialogue and trust thatenables mutual understanding, meeting and cooperation, recognition of the dignity and freedom ofeach person and his right to express their own views. By recognizing the importance of dialogueand trust in educational practice, we can shape the way the individual behaves, as well as thecommunity whose essence is openness and readiness to meet with others, to seek the truth togetherand to compromise.
