Abstract

New technologies are now an inexpensive part of children’s lives. Scientific research indicates both positive and negative effects of their use – also when working with children with special educational needs. Therapists, teachers or parents are enthusiastic about educational games, speech therapy programs and other innovations. Unfortunately, not many of them have been tested to verify their effectiveness. The article contains a brief overview of the above issues.
