Interpersonal Training in Academic Education

Improving interpersonal skills is one of the objectives of academic education in pedagogical fields of study. The paper presents an analysis of the effectiveness of interpersonal training classes for students up to a bachelor`s degree level. The classes were carried out under the project “Com-petences as a key to the career of WF-P”. The aim of the classes was to strengthen students' com-petence in: synergic problem solving, awareness of their communication acts, ability to listen to others, read and express emotions, establish and maintain relationships with others, collaborate in group, and communicate clearly. The presented results indicate the significant increase of these competences among the project participants.Downloads
