Personalization of Academic Education – Selected Experiences, Needs and Perspectives

In recent years in the Polish educational system might be noticed more pronounced trend of the personalization of education. It is expressed by the presence inter alia of various forms of tutoring, home education or democratic schools. Demographic changes, labour market challenges, and the vision of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education indicate that personalization is an important prerequisite also for academic education. In this article this aspect will be analyzed from the perspective of the latest literature of the subject as well as own observations.Downloads
