Despite an increasing presence of computers in the educational process, their use in an aver-age school is still significantly different from the possibilities that these devices offer. The author sees the causes of such a situation in the fact that issues connected with the relationship between a person and a computer are underestimated by researchers, as well as in the existence of a certain school script, which is passed from generation to generation. Transactional analysis constitutes a concept which, due to its accessibility, clear terminology and tools, can greatly facilitate research that accounts for the problems mentioned above.Downloads
