Passive solar building as an alternative to the consumption of fossil fuels
Keywords:
energy, passive construction, environmental protectionAbstract
The article characterizes the problem of energy crisis in the world and in Poland. It is pointed out the need to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels due to their limited resources. Describes the building uses solar energy and the criteria which must be met in order to be referred to as “passive”. Passive systems use the energy of solar radiation by a proper construction of the building, the orientation of the object relative to the world, using natural terrain conditions, buffer floor plan. Brought closer to the idea of passive construction and its impact on the environment. It has been shown that the building is a passive object that does not require a conventional heating system. This can help to reduce the effects of the energy crisis in the world and in Poland.Downloads
