In order to do so, a link between children’s agency and their rights will be presented. Trying to achieve the above aim, the above topic will be analyzed into separated units and all the data has been based both on relevant literature and on empirical data that have occurred after many years of work in the refugee field, specifically with unaccompanied and separated children.
