Historical determinants of current passenger car market indexes differentiation in Poland

Abstract

Motorization is a line of business that promotes countries overseas. The growing car output, great dynamism of new car models coming into being, and universality of car fosters the interest paid by people to history of first car development about 200 years behind. Passenger car history in the world is given in brief to present car development starting from first brands to cars being in use. A concise scheme of Polish car market is presented that starts from the early beginning to current time. 2014–2015 year analysis of a historical background of reasons of current passenger car supply sources differentiation in Poland, and in Subcarpathian voivodeship is presented.
