Conclusions of the author are derived from the assumption that the primary driving forces of development are in multi-spheres of a human being, in its both rational and emotional nature, with cognitive, emotional boundaries, and with limited information. Basing on this assumption, the author proposes the eight-dimensional analytical model of socio-economic processes. He identifies therefore the sources and outcomes of global development threats. He undertakes the analysis of internal, particularly endogenous and structural, development threats in Ukraine. As a result he answers the question what can be done to initiate the permanent development of Ukraine.Downloads
